This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made for life coaching sessions offered by [Funfun Retreat] (“Company,” “we,” or “our”). By booking a session, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:
The Introductory Life Coaching Session priced at $10.99 is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once purchased, the Client acknowledges that this fee secures the booking and is not eligible for cancellation, refund, or credit.
Standard life coaching sessions priced at $29.99 are eligible for a full refund if canceled at least three (3) calendar days prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations made within three (3) calendar days of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued after the session has occurred, regardless of attendance.
Any prepaid future booking(s) beyond the introductory session may be canceled and are fully refundable, provided the request is made at least three (3) calendar days prior to the scheduled accommodation session date.
Clients may request to reschedule a session by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
Sessions may only be rescheduled once. If a rescheduled session is missed or canceled, no refund or further rescheduling will be granted.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation without refund.
By completing a purchase, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Policy in full. The Client understands that these terms are binding and enforceable, and that exceptions will not be made outside of this Policy.
